Welcome to KeepItNice.com.
Welcome to a different concept on the Internet. This website, completely revamped this month, has been created to provide you with a decent guide to that vague and largely undefined area that exists between family-oriented websites and explicit adult websites. KeepItNice.com is for those of us who don't want to browse purely kidsafe websites but also don't want to venture into the more hardcore or "nasty" websites. There are lots of websites out there for only us grownups which are not hard porn sites - the real difficulty can be finding them.
As well as many free preview photos we also have a growing collection of funny photos in our photo gallery, and jokes (often with an adult theme). So have a look around, please feel free to join in and above all enjoy yourself.

 | 'Lewd Rubbing' problem for French Statue. |
 Pere Lachaise cemetery in Paris has been forced to fence of the tomb of 19th Century journalist known as Victor Noire. The effigy on his grave has long been popular with women visitors, partly due to his romantic reputation, and partly due to a legend that the effigy is an aid to love or fertility. The effigy shows Noir in a frock coat and trousers, lying on his back with a noticeable enlargement of the groin. It is said that any woman who kisses the statue's lips and places a flower in his hat will find a husband by the end of the year.
Officials at the cemetery are concerned about damage to the effigy's groin area and have put a fence around the grave with a sign prohibiting indecent rubbing.

| Baby's bottom censored by store! |
An Asda supermarket forced a mother to have a photo of her son, taken when he was five months old, censored because it showed his bottom. Gail Jordan wanted to give a birthday cake to her son for his 21st birthday featuring a photo of him as a baby, but staff at the supermarket refused to scan the picture onto the cake as it contained nudity.
A spokesman for Asda said "It is policy across the board that we don't do nudity of any sort at any age. It's nothing new."
Because no staff discretion is permitted, Asda ends up looking foolish. Maybe it's a lesson in trusting your staff a little?

| Police halt 'brothel on wheels' |
Following a Police sting, an alleged mobile brothel in the US State of Florida has taken it's last journey.
Undercover detectives in Miami Beach paid a US$40 fee to gain entry to the vehicle and inside they discovered women offering sex acts and lap dances for money. When they boarded the sleek, black bus detectives said they found a fully-stocked bar and several young women who stripped down to reveal G-strings stuffed with banknotes.
Six people were arrested, including the driver of the stretched limousine bus. They will face an array of charges including, bizarrely, conducting business without a licence. Does Miami offer businesses licences for mobile brothels?

| Adults 'scared to go near kids'! |
Civitas: The Institute for the Study of Civil Society, an independent think-tank, has warned that the escalation of child protection measures has made everyone from Santas to childrens' activity leaders, and even people in the street seem like potential child abusers.
An atmosphere of such mistrust has been created that adults suspect other adults and children are taught to suspect anyone other that their parents. Those who were once viewed as pillars of the community: football coaches, Girl Guiders, Santas, parent helpers at schools and nurseries are now transformed in the regulatory and public imagination into potential abusers, barred from any contact with children until a Criminal Records Bureau check has been completed.

| Ukrainian students strip off to protest |
Ukrainian female students have succeeded in drawing a great deal of attention to their protest by stripping off in central Kiev. They are upset that the hot water in their hostels has been shut off. The loss of hot water happens every year for 2-4 weeks and the girls think it is about time the authorities stopped doing it.

| Venice Bottom Snapper Arrested |
A man has been arrested in Venice for allegedly taking photographs of over 3000 women's bottoms without their knowledge or permission. This cheeky voyeur was only caught when Police officers became suspicious of the large holdall he was carrying as he closely followed select women though the famous St Mark's Square. Women in short skirts were a particular target of his.
He has been charged with "infringement of privacy", which could earn a prison sentence of between 6 and 48 months. He confessed that he had been filming in the area for almost two years using a video camera concealed in the holdall.
After his arrest police recovered DVDs containing clips of over 3000 women's bottoms. I'm betting they took "backup copies" of the DVDs before sealing them as evidence!

| True Lesbians dispute meaning of name. |
A group of campaigners on the Greek island of Lesbos is taking the Homosexual and Lesbian Community of Greece to court to force them to change their name and cease it's misuse of the word "Lesbian".
The islanders, formally known as "Lesbians", claim that they are the only ones with the right to call themselves such. If they are successful they may continue the fight over the use of the word internationally.
The man leading the case, Dimitris Lambrou, claims that the international dominance of the word in its sexual context violates the human rights of the islanders and disgraces them around the world. The Greek Government is so embarrassed by the name that it has been forced to rename the island to "Mytilini" after its capital.
Good luck to you, Dimitri. I hope you win that one, if only for the awkwardness it would cause afterwards.

| Nude webcam job ads cause "Disgust". |
A female student, Anna Ellis-Jones, says she was disgusted and amazed to see advertisements for nude webcam operators displayed at her local jobcentre in Anglesey, UK.
Miss Ellis-Jones described the adverts as "innappropriate for a government-run agency", but the Department for Work and Pensions (who operate job centres) insisted it is required to carry the job offers following a legal ruling in 2003. There is no reason why working in the adult entertainment industry is not fully legal, so jobcentres have the duty to carry their advertisements.
The advert stated that the company was "looking for adults aged 18+ for immediate start, either from home or from employer site in Mitcham, Surrey. Duties require the successful applicant to be nude/semi-nude" They offer "webcam operators" £10 ($20) per hour with 50% commission.
The advert was displayed with a footer note saying "Vacancy not suitable for under 18s. Please note that there is no obligation to consider making an application for this vacancy."
